Runner’s comments on the course:  No steep hills, just a gradual climb to the halfway point, then a fast downhill second half all the way to the finish. Long flat straightaways at the start and at the finish bracket this run through the Oak Park neighborhood.

Runner’s comments on the course:  A double loop of steep hills on grass and dirt.  Add to that a hot day in mid August and you have an extremely challenging event.  Exact course used for the Hagerstown High School Cross Country team’s home meets. Good viewing access for spectators.

Runner’s comments on the course:  One of the fastest courses in the WCC series.  The course runs along the northern edge of Cambridge City and through residential neighborhoods.  Two short, steep hills give the course some elevation variation, but the course is basically flat and fast.

Runner’s comments on the course:  A rare 7K distance on country roads finishes through neighborhood streets of historic Centerville.  Gently rolling hills during the first half and a flat second half makes this a fast course.  Come set a 7K PR.

Runner’s comments on the course:  A fun afternoon run on the rolling hills of Glen Miller Park.  The course has been the same for several years, entirely on paved roads.   Buffalo Hill comes late in the race, and the finish is a long, fast downhill after the hill’s crest.
